Adult Day Program Health Services
A health assessment is provided to participants at the time of admission. The center's nurses work with individuals, their families, and physicians to develop a nursing care plan tailored to each person's diet, exercise, activity, medication, and therapy needs. As an affiliate of Elliot Health System, Elliot Adult Day Program is able to take advantage of this network's many services and make them available to participants and their families.
Therapeutic Activities
The activities coordinator plans daily program that include, but are not limited to,
the following areas:
Hobbies, arts, and crafts
Parties and holiday festivities
Daily chair exercises
Bowling, bingo, and other activities including cooking and musical entertainment.
Case Management
Case management services and consultations regarding long-term care are available by request.
Transportation
Transportation is available and can be arranged for individuals according to their need and level of mobility. Contact Adult Day Program for more information about fees and scheduling.
Meals
Nutritious meals and snacks are provided in a family-style setting. Accommodations can be made for those on special diets.
