Meet Our Residents
Jennifer Towle
Jennifer Towle is a PGY-1 Pharmacy Resident at Elliot Hospital. She graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science, Manchester, New Hampshire with a Doctorate of Pharmacy. Jennifer also earned a Bachelor of Science in Cellular, Molecular, and Developmental Biology from the University of New Hampshire. Current professional interests include medication safety, pediatrics, research, and teaching. After completing her PGY-1 residency, Jennifer has professional goals to become a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and practice as a clinical pharmacist. Outside of the hospital, she enjoys spending time with her family, biking, reading, and knitting.
Laura Truhlar
Laura Truhlar graduated from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Manchester, NH with a Doctorate of Pharmacy and received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Tufts University. She is a PGY-1 Pharmacy Resident with an ambulatory care focus at Elliot Hospital. Her professional interests include: direct patient care, chronic disease state management, and patient counseling. Upon completion of the PGY-1 residency program, Laura aspires to become a Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist and Certified Diabetes Educator. Outside of the hospital, she enjoys hiking, photography, and painting.
Michelle Andrade
Michelle Andrade is a PGY-2 Pediatric Pharmacy Resident at Elliot Hospital/New Hampshire’s Hospital for Children, where she completed her PGY-1 pharmacy residency. She graduated with honors from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Boston, MA with a Doctorate of Pharmacy and Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. During her first year of residency, she earned a teaching certificate from the University of New England, and continues to be an adjunct faculty. Her professional interests include pediatric critical care, medication safety, and antimicrobial stewardship. Aside from practicing as a pediatric clinical pharmacist and teaching, Michelle has professional goals to lead local pediatric medication safety efforts and pursue board certification.
