Senior Fitness Center
The Senior Health Center Fitness Center offers Group Exercise Classes such as low impact aerobics, dance, Pilates, yoga, Strong Living, and group walks, designed for every level of ability. Strength Training / Stretching teaches proper techniques and exercises to increase muscle tone and flexibility.
