With this model, you can enjoy visits with your primary care doctor, obtain easy access to the Elliot lab, obtain diagnostic testing or rehabilitation services, see a specialist,and receive behavioral health services, all without leaving the building. Our primary care practices can meet the needs of the whole family with pediatric, family medicine and internal medicine physicians available to care for you and your children.

All of the providers working with you remain connected with our electronic medical records. As you use this facility and our primary care network, you can take an active part in your healthcare through MyEChart. It allows you to sit in the comfort of your home at your personal computer and log on to see your health history, latest lab or screening results, make appointments, fill prescriptions and more. Our electronic medical records and MyEChart are safe, secure and confidential.
