| The CIGNA/Elliot Corporate Road Race accepts all contributions through the Mary & John Elliot Charitable Foundation. The mission of the Foundation is to support the resource needs of Elliot Health System. | |

| NEW THIS YEAR Proceeds from the race as well as contributions from our corporate partners will benefit Elliot Health System. Elliot plays a crucial role in delivering high quality health care to the communities of southern New Hampshire. Regardless of insurance or the ability to pay, Elliot’s doors are always open to the community, seven days a week, 24 hours a day. In the last year, Elliot provided over $38 million in uncompensated care to the community. This year, financial support provided to Elliot Health System will target the cost of health care services for the uninsured and under-insured. |

We’re hoping your company will rally behind your team and support our partner and beneficiary, Elliot Health System, with a donation. Donations are not required, but are certainly encouraged at the following suggested levels based on your team’s size. If your company would rather contribute at another level, any donation amount is appreciated. |

| Individual participation in the CIGNA/Elliot Corporate Road Race is encouraged and welcome. Everyone participating has an opportunity to improve their health and wellness while enjoying the spirit of our many corporate teams who run in this event year after year. New this year, individuals can also show their support for the race beneficiary, Elliot Health System, with a donation. No gift is too small and every donation has a profound impact on Elliot's continued ability to deliver needed health care services to the people of southern New Hampshire. | |
