upon the success of The Elliot Senior Health Center in Manchester,
which provides comprehensive care to the senior population, we are
pleased to introduce geriatric medicine to Londonderry and the surrounding
communities. Elliot Senior Health Primary Care at Londonderry, a department of Elliot Hospital, offers
unique, individualized care to patients 65 and older.
Our fellowship-trained geriatrician, Dr. M. Sarwar Pasha, is a physician with expertise in the medical, emotional and physical needs of seniors. Dr. Pasha focuses on the multiple medical problems and chronic illnesses often faced by seniors, while striving to optimize quality of life and functional ability for patients.
If you find yourself facing numerous medical issues, taking multiple medications and juggling specialists and tests, we can help. With the assistance of our social worker Barbara Pines, MSW, we work closely with other healthcare professionals and organizations, including physicians, therapists, home care agencies and support groups. Patients and their family members are a key part of this healthcare team.
