All co-payments are expected at the time of service. For your convenience, MasterCard, Visa, Discove, and American Express are accepted in addition to cash and checks as a method of payment. If you have insurance coverage, please refer below for specific payment procedures.
Special Arrangements
We do understand that occasionally circumstances arise which necessitates special payment arrangements. Please contact our Central Billing Office to assist you between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at 603-663-4900.
There is a $25.00 fee charged for scheduled appointments that are missed. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointments for check-in. We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice to cancel appointments in order to offer them to other patients that are waiting to be seen by the doctors and nurses.
