Located in downtown Manchester, The Elliot Wellness Center offers a variety of services to the community.

Aerobics Studio –Professional studio used by Cardiac Rehab, Pulmonary Rehab, and Community Health fitness classes such as T'ai Chi, Yoga, etc.
Cardiac Rehabilitation -Includes an aerobic studio and fitness facility with treadmills, bikes, elliptical trainers, weights, etc.
Classroom – Our community classroom seats 25 participants for health education classes, cooking demonstrations, etc.
Elliot Center for Weight and Health
The Elliot Fitness Link a cardiovascular maintenance exercise program (A service of the Department of Cardiovascular Health)
Locker rooms are available for participants to shower and change. Lockers are available, but participants must bring their own locks.
Pulmonary Rehabilitation Includes an aerobic studio and fitness facility with treadmills, bikes, elliptical trainers, weights, etc.
