Timothy D. Breitholtz, MD is the Medical Director of Elliot’s inpatient and outpatient Behavioral Health programs. Dr. Breitholtz’s special interest is providing a comprehensive continuum of behavioral healthcare to patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. He has an accomplished background in psychiatry and leadership at Exeter Hospital, Portsmouth Regional Hospital and as Associate Medical Director at the Seacoast Mental Health Center all in NH.
Ken Lerner, MD, specializes in child and adolescent psychiatry. Prior to joining Manchester Counseling, Dr. Lerner was a staff psychiatrist at the New Hampshire Hospital in Concord, NH and practiced privately. He received his Medical degree from Wayne State University of Medicine in Detroit and completed his residency in Pathology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota and psychiatry residency/ child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. He holds board certifications from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology as well as the American Board of Pathology.
Stephen C. James, M.D. specializes in general adult psychiatry with a special interest in traumatic injury and it’s after-effects. Prior to joining Elliot Behavioral Health Services, Dr. James was practicing at Integrated Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. in Scarborough, Maine and New Hampshire Hospital in Concord, New Hampshire. He received his Medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his psychiatry residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Prior to his psychiatry training, he was a practicing anesthesiologist after completing his anesthesia residency at Northwestern University Medical School. Jodi Carner-Higgins, MS, CS, ARNP Jodi Carner-Higgins, MS, CS, ARNP, is board certified as a clinical specialist in child and adolescent psychiatric and mental health nursing. She specializes in the psychopharmacological management of symptoms associated with AD/HD, mood/depressive disorders, and anxiety disorders. Jodi is a graduate of Mt. Holyoke College, South Hadley, MA, Emory University-Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing, Atlanta, GA, and Boston University-Graduate School of Nursing. Jodi has over 20 years of experience in both in-patient and outpatient mental health.
Faith Minard, ARNP, is a psychiatric nurse practitioner and has worked in the greater Manchester area since 1983. She provides counseling and medication management to adults. Faith specializes in women’s issues including emotional aspects of pregnancy, postpartum, depression/anxiety, infertility and pregnancy loss. She is a graduate of Bates College, Lewiston, ME and holds a Masters of Science in Nursing from Yale University, New Haven, CT.
Linda Bagshaw, LCMHC, specializes in children, adolescents and young adults with cognitive, emotional, and physical disabilities. She treats clients diagnosed with ADHD, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, and Conduct Disorder, depression, anxiety, Bi-Polar Disorder and obsessive-compulsive behavior. She also provides therapy to clients who have been sexually abused or molested and children with Reactive Attachment Disorder. Linda counsels children who have lost a parent through suicide, divorce, abandonment, abuse or neglect and works with foster children and children living in a group home setting. She has prepared teens for independent living, including teaching parenting skills to pregnant teens. She obtained a Bachelors degree from Springfield College of Human Services, Springfield, MA and received a Masters degree from Notre Dame College, Manchester, NH. Linda is a licensed clinical mental health counselor.
Tracey Coulon, LICSW, brings over six years experience in counseling to Elliot Behavioral Health. She specializes in: women’s issues, parenting, women and children with abuse and trauma histories, depression, anxiety and self esteem issues. Tracey is also experienced in working with women and children who have been homeless, or affected by domestic violence and loss. She received her Bachelor’s of Science degree from Springfield College School of Human Services, Springfield, MA, and Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boston University School of Social Work, Boston, MA. Tracey is a licensed by the NH Board of Mental Health as an Independent Clinical Social Worker. Her professional affiliations include the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), and EMDRIA (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing International Association).
Shawne D. Diaz, MA, LCMHC, practices adult individual counseling and group anger management. She is experienced in crisis intervention, short-term inpatient treatment and works within a cognitive behavioral framework with a special interest in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She specializes in adults with depression/anxiety disorders as well as those who are experiencing grief and divorce. Ms. Diaz graduated from Notre Dame College, Manchester, NH with a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology. She completed her internship at the Community Internship Collaborative in Manchester, NH. She is licensed as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of New Hampshire. |
