About The Center
The Elliot Hospital was a pioneer in oncology when it opened the first cancer center in New Hampshire in 1966. Today, the Elliot Regional Cancer Center remains a leader in cancer care through state-of-the-art technology, skilled healthcare providers, and an accessible, aesthetically pleasing, comforting environment. All of these are important factors toward the goals of successful treatment and continuing care.
Our physicians are specially qualified as surgical, medical, or radiation oncologists. In fact, all of our professionals are dedicated to the field of oncology. Many of our nurses have achieved national recognition as Oncology Certified Nurses, and all of our staff keep up-to-date on the latest advances in cancer diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care. As a result of the level of training and experience of our medical personnel, as well as meeting other critical criteria, the Elliot Regional Cancer Center is accredited by the American College of Surgeons as a Comprehensive Community Oncology Program.
