Visiting Nurse Association Community Health Nursing

Our goal is to help individuals, families, groups and communities reach the highest level of health through screenings, immunizations clinics and health education programs. Our focus is on health and wellness, disease prevention and early detection. We take these services to seniors where they live and gather socially. For more information, call 663-4074.
