The Spa Within is located in the Elliot Hospital. This unique setting will gently embrace your mind and body with rejuvenating and relaxing therapies to soothe you, renew your soul, and lift your spirit. Whether you put yourself in our hands for minutes or hours, you will leave feeling refreshed and revived. Our environment is softened with warm colors. The air is cleared with essential oils, and music of choice plays ever so softly in the background.
Services and treatments are available to patients, physicians, employees, volunteers, and visitors. Actually, anyone may walk through our doors. So, please come visit us or call 663-5400 for an appointment. We offer 24-hour phone service, and invite voice mail messages after hours. Enjoy valet service weekdays until 4 p.m.

Deep-Pore Cleansing
A combination of deep cleansing exfoliation, a heat mask, manual extractions,
facial massage, specialty mask and moisturizing. Recommended for all

Lymphatic Drainage
This facial therapy is great for anyone with a cold, puffy eyes,
or sinus congestion. We will exfoliate, then perform a lymphatic drainage massage
of the face, neck and chest areas to aid in the detoxification process.
A heated mask, manual extractions, specialty mask and a moisturizing
cream complete this facial.

Physician Services
Our board certified physician is a member of the Academy of Facial and Plastic
Reconstructive Surgery and offers specialized services at The Spa Within
during select hours.
Arctic Peel
Treat sun damaged and aging skin with an Arctic Peel, a minimal-downtime
Erbium: YAG 10 micron laser peel. The Arctic Peel uses cold air to
chill the skin (thus no anesthesia is needed), and it goes deeper than
Microdermabrasion, with much more precision. Usually a series of 3
peels is performed, each 2 weeks apart, but results may be seen with
one procedure.

Consultations
There is a $50 fee for Arctic and Microlaser Peels. This fee will be deducted
from the price when service is rendered. A 20% non-refundable deposit
is required when booking appointments for these services
Microlaser Peel
The Microlaser Peel is performed with the same Erbium: YAG laser but the
depth is 5-7 times as deep, ablating the outermost layers of skin in
an individually tailored procedure. Topical anesthetic is used and
healing typically takes 5-7 days. Skin conditions such as: wrinkles,
scars, acne scars, laxity, keratoses, or pigmentary problems have been
very successfully treated with MicroLaser Peel.

Hospital Stays
Should you know in advance of your stay at the Elliot, please give us a
call. We’ll arrange to treat any family member while you’re
in surgery. If patients are unable to come to us, we will happily come
to them.

Locks of Love
The Spa Within is a participating salon for Locks for Love. If you have
10+ inches of hair, and meet the criteria, the Spa Within will cut
your hair for free as a donation to children suffering from long-term
medical hair loss.
