Anticipating a visit to the hospital for a test or procedure can be nerve-wracking. All of the information that is necessary for us to gather about a patient in order to ensure optimum care and the patient's health and safety means a time-consuming procedure. Having to take care of this at the hospital may become a test of one's patience and strength, just when a minimum of stress is called for.

In order to eliminate some of the necessarily long process prior to registering as a patient, we have developed an on-line form, which you can fill out in advance of your visit in the comfort of your own home or office. There is a lot of information, but being able to supply it at your leisure and at your own pace should go a long way to relieve the stress that comes with anticipating your visit. Pre-Admission Information

We encourage you to call ahead if you have any questions regarding your visit to Elliot Hospital. If you are scheduled for a procedures or test, there may be special instructions you should follow prior to your arrival. For example, if you are unsure if you should shower beforehand, or if you should abstain from eating, please do not hesitate to call the appropriate department you are visiting.
