SEND-AN EMAIL TO A PATIENT

Elliot-Mail Service

The Elliot Hospital is pleased to offer you the ability to send an e-mail to a patient at the Elliot Hospital.
The process is simple. Fill in all the necessary information (please be sure to include the patients first name and last name), click on the send button and we’ll take care of it from there. A volunteer will print and deliver the e-mail to your friend or family member between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. E-mail received after 3:00 PM Monday through Friday or on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday will normally be delivered the next business day.
If the patient has been discharged, every effort will be made to send the e-mail on (via the postal service) to the patient's home address.
