This population includes female EPN patients aged 40 and above. Our overall goal is to improve outreach and care to our EPN patients who are due or overdue for their mammogram. In order to support our goal, we have initiated a number of programs to identify those patients who may be due for a mammogram. These ongoing efforts include:

These figures may not include mammograms that may have been performed other facilities.
