About The Center
The Elliot Senior Health Center is a full service outpatient healthcare center dedicated to helping seniors to achieve their maximum possible quality of life. One of only a handful of its kind, and in fact the nation's first when it opened, the Center offers a seamless network of senior healthcare services, including preventive senior health primary care, senior health psychiatry, rehabilitation, radiology and laboratory services, health education and physical fitness programs, all under one roof. The Elliot Senior Health Center has its home in a separate, dedicated facility just minutes from the main campus of The Elliot.

Our physicians are geriatricians -- specialists who have completed training in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with an additional 1-2 years training in the medical, social, and psychological issues that concern older adults. These geriatricians serve as primary care providers or specialists who work closely with our integrated healthcare team - also specially trained in senior health care. The Elliot Senior Health Center's team is comprised of geriatricians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and social workers who also have access to a broad array of health services through the Elliot Health System.
Samuel Goldman, DO
He is Board Certified in internal
medicine with added qualifications in geriatrics.
He received his osteopathic medical degree from Nova
Southeastern University, in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
He completed his internal medicine residency and
a geriatric medicine fellowship at Staten Island
University, in Staten Island, NY. View

Richard Friedman, MD
He is Board Certified in internal medicine and geriatrics. He received his medical degree from the State University of New York Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY and completed his residency at George Washington Medical Center in Washington, DC. In addition, Dr. Friedman served as Chief Resident at Washington Veterans Administration, also located in Washington, DC. Dr. Friedman supports fellow Senior Health Primary Care physicians by providing care to patients with scheduled and acute care appointments. He also sees patients in nursing homes for medical visits, however, he is not accepting new patients at this time.
Consuelo Alvarez, MD
Consuelo Alvarez, MD, joins the Elliot Senior Health Center from her practice as part of the senior medical staff in Rockville, Maryland at the Hebrew Home of Greater Washington.
Dr. Alvarez comes to us with over 21 years of extensive experience treating the senior population. Throughout her career, she has taught Geriatric and Internal Medicine at George Washington University, while holding an Associate Medical Directorship at several health care institutions in Baltimore, MD.
She received her medical education from the
Boston University School of Medicine and Geriatric fellowship
training at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. View

Manish Chopra, MD
Manish Chopra, MD, comes to Elliot Senior Health Center from Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon where he has spent the last two years practicing Geriatric Medicine.
Dr. Chopra is a board certified Geriatrician
specializing in treating illnesses, ailments, and normal body
changes associated with aging. He completed his education in
Internal Medicine with additional training in the medical, social,
and psychological issues that concern seniors. Dr. Chopra offers
bi-lingual care for Spanish-speaking patients. View my video
Mary Anne Totten, MD, FACP, CMD
Mary Anne Totten, MD is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine. She interned in Internal Medicine at the Hospital of St. Raphael in New Haven, CT. and completed an internal medicine residency at New England Deaconess Hospital, Boston,. She has fellowships in endocrinology, obtained at the Lahey and Joslin Clinics in Boston. Dr. Totten trained in geriatric medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Pittsburgh, PA. She is board-certified in internal medicine and geriatric medicine.
She practices with Senior Health Primary Care of Elliot Hospital, Manchester, NH, and provides medical services for seniors in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. She is Medical Director at Villa Crest Nursing & Retirement Community, as well as Maple Leaf Nursing Center, both in Manchester.
M. Sarwar Pasha, MD
Dr. Pasha specializes in Geriatric Medicine, with a focus on memory problems, falls, polypharmacy, incontinence, failure to thrive and osteoporosis. He is currently accepting new patients. He will be located at Londonderry Senior Health Primary Care which will be opening soon. In the interim, he is seeing patients at Senior Health Primary Care in Manchester as well as Elliot Primary Care at Londonderry. Deborah Irene Moore, ARNP
She is certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Bridgeport, in Bridgeport CT and attained a Master of Science degree in Nursing and a Master's of Public Health in Health Administration from Columbia University in New York City. Deborah brings 24 years of nursing experience to the staff.
Cynthia Sokul, ARNP
Cynthia Sokul is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Cal State, in Long Beach, CA, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Rivier College in Nashua, NH. She has over 25 years of nursing experience.
Donna Chretien ARNP, CDE
She is Board Certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts and her Masters Degree in Primary Healthcare Nursing from Simon's College in Boston Massachusetts. She is Board Certified in Diabetes Education and Advanced Diabetes Management. Donna has been in practice since 1974.
