Living Better: As a community health care provider, we are
committed to providing comprehensive health care to the members of our community. We have the same commitment to our employees, which is why we have multiple employee fitness centers that offer cardiovascular equipment, circuit and free weights as well as group fitness classes to our employees and the community. “The Welliot” (our hospital based fitness center) has a full-time trainer who will work with our employees one on one to develop a personal fitness plan and provide support in reaching their fitness goals. Nutritional counseling is also available to our employees as we strive towards having the community and our employees ‘living better’.

Retention and Recognition: In an on-going effort to show appreciation to our employees for their hard work and commitment to making EHS one of New Hampshire’s leading health care providers, we have developed a number of programs and awards to recognize our
extraordinary employees:


The MVP Program: Each month one of Elliot’s employees is selected through nominations as one of our “Most Valued Performers.” This is an employee who exemplifies the Elliot mission and demonstrates model behavior that promotes teamwork, creativity, innovation, leadership as well as customer and community service.


Through the Years: This is a banquet held once each year to recognize employees that have been with the organization for five or more years.

Turkey Distribution: Each year prior to the
Thanksgiving holiday EHS provides a turkey to each employee. All unclaimed turkeys are donated to local
  food banks.


Code Beach: Each year EHS provides a day of fun in the sun for its employees. An all day barbeque and activities are provided for employees to share our collective spirit as a team.


Annual Meeting:
EHS holds an appreciation event each year to review and celebrate our successes.


Doctors Day Celebration: Each year EHS hosts a spectacular event for our Physicians in appreciation of their dedication to providing top-notch care to the members of our community.
