Meet Our Residents

 

Andrew Hatt, Pharm.D.
Andrew Hatt is a PGY-2 Pediatric Pharmacy Resident at New Hampshire’s Hospital for Children located within Elliot Hospital. Andrew completed his PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at Elliot hospital last year, and is excited for another great year at the Elliot Hospital. Current professional interests include pediatrics, critical care, patient education and antimicrobial stewardship. Upon completion of the PGY-2 residency, he plans to pursue a job as a pediatric clinical pharmacist. When not working, Andrew enjoys hiking, playing the piano and guitar, and spending time with family and friends.

 

Nilam Patel, Pharm.D.
Nilam Patel is a PGY-1 Pharmacy Resident at Elliot Hospital. Nilam completed her pharmacy education at MCPHS University in Boston and is eager for the year ahead as a pharmacy resident. Current professional interests include infectious disease, urgent care, and ambulatory care. Upon completion of the PGY-1 residency, she plans to pursue a PGY-2 residency in infectious disease. When not working, Nilam enjoys spending time with friends and family, shopping (mostly for shoes), and cooking.

 

Jeffrey Sonneborn, Pharm.D.
Jeff Sonneborn is a PGY-1 Pharmacy Resident focusing on ambulatory care.  He is a recent graduate of the University of Saint Joseph School of Pharmacy in Hartford, CT.  In addition to ambulatory care, his professional interests include infectious diseases and internal medicine.  Jeff hopes to work as a clinical pharmacist once he completes his residency.  Jeff enjoys spending time with his two young sons and riding his bicycle throughout New Hampshire.
