Lewis Chelsey

Chelsey N. Lewis, MD, RPVI, FSVS

Chelsey N. Lewis, MD, RPVI, FSVS is American Board Certified in Vascular Surgery. She is a member of both the Society for Vascular Surgery and the Vascular and Endovascular Surgical Society. After graduating from the University of Central Florida, she earned her Medical Degree at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. She also completed her Vascular Surgery Residency at the University of South Florida.

Dr. Lewis joined Elliot General Surgical Specialists in April 2017 and offers a variety of treatment options for patients with arterial, venous, and lymphatic diseases. She specializes in open and endovascular treatment of peripheral arterial disease (PAD), aortic and peripheral aneurysms (AAA), varicose vein treatment, dialysis access and vascular access, limb salvage procedures, vascular wound care, and cerebrovascular disease.

Lewis Chelsey

Elena Rinehardt MD, RPVI, FSVS

Dr. Elena Rinehardt is a board-certified vascular surgeon. She is a graduate of the vascular surgery residency program at the University of Wisconsin – Madison and completed her medical and undergraduate studies at the University of Washington in Seattle, graduating with College Honors.

Dr. Rinehardt provides the full spectrum of vascular care including treatments for artery and vein conditions. She has expertise in treatment of carotid arteries to lower risk of stroke, aortic aneurysms and dissections and procedures to improve blood flow in the lower extremities (minimally invasive and open surgery). She has extensive experience with treatment of thoracic outlet syndrome and has a high-volume practice in venous disease including varicose veins, non-thrombotic iliac vein compression (May-Thurner Syndrome), DVT, and pelvic/ovarian vein reflux. She also works with other surgeons to provide spine exposure and facilitate cancer operations.

She is active in multiple professional societies including American Venous and Lymphatic Society, Society for Vascular Surgery, and teaches courses on advanced endovascular techniques. She has authored or co-authored multiple articles and has served as a sub-investigator in multiple clinical trials.



Gamache Madeline

Madeleine Gamache, PA-C, MS

Madeleine Gamache, PA-C, MS is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She earned a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics & Eco Gastronomy in 2013 from the University of New Hampshire, a Master of Nutrition Science and Policy in 2016 from the Tufts Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2021 from MCPHS University. Maddie joined the Elliot Vascular Surgery in March 2021. She enjoys staying active outdoors and trying new home cooked pizza recipes with her husband and two young children in her free time.


Volodzko Justina

Justina Volodzko, PA-C, MS

Justina Volodzko, PA-C, MS is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Quinnipiac University in 2016 and went on to earn her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from PACE University in 2018. Justina has experience in both Vascular and Thoracic Surgery. She joined the Elliot Vascular Surgery team in March of 2021. Prior to her career as a PA, Justina was heavily involved with Emergency Medical Services and continues to volunteer locally. In her free time, Justina enjoys learning more about health and fitness, and hiking with her pup, Harley.


Bozek Ashley

Ashley Bozek, PA-C

Ashley Bozek, PA-C is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She received her bachelor degree from Wheaton College and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from MCPHS University in 2013. Ashley joined the Elliot General Surgical Specialists team in March 2019. Prior to joining the Elliot team, she practiced Otolaryngology in both MA and NH. When not working Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and performing in musical theatre.
