Alisha Feightner Promoted to Chief Strategy Officer for Elliot Health System

Alisha Feightner was recently promoted to senior vice president and chief strategy officer for Elliot Health System.

Alisha started her professional journey with Elliot Health System in 2013 as the manager of clinical outcomes Information. She assumed progressively broader leadership responsibilities, moving into the director of the Center for Clinical Excellence role in 2015. During her tenure, Alisha has helped strengthen Elliot’s ability to connect information, action, and problem-solving across the organization. Her leadership has advanced Elliot’s work in quality management, continuous improvement, value-based care, access center operations, and analytics – all in service of the quadruple aim to enhance the care quality and experience for our patients, ensure the well-being of our communities, manage costs, and improve the experience of our clinicians and colleagues.

Alisha was promoted to vice president of operational excellence in September 2020, became the executive director of the ACO, and later moved into her more recent role of vice president of operational excellence and strategy development. She has helped guide the vision, redesign, and launch of a reenvisioned clinical services model and work central to strengthening quality, growth, and Elliot’s ability to deliver more integrated and coordinated care regionally.

Alisha’s accomplishments extend to guiding Elliot Hospital through a nearly decade-long journey for DNV accreditation.

In her new role as chief strategy officer for Elliot Health System, Alisha’s leadership will strengthen our legacy of excellence in care delivery for the communities we serve across New Hampshire while advancing our vision to be your first choice to give and receive care.
