Elliot Health System Announces Vice President Appointments in Clinical Service Operations and Marketing and Communications

Elliot Health System is pleased to announce two senior leadership appointments that bring decades of healthcare expertise to the health system. Brian Frechette has been named vice president of clinical service operations. Charlotte Brown-Zalewa, new to the health system, has been named vice president of marketing and communications. These two seasoned leaders are dedicated to further delivering The Elliot’s mission to inspire, heal, and serve.

Brian Frechette - Vice President of Clinical Service Operations

In this new role, Frechette provides executive support for the operational, financial, and strategic direction of Elliot Clinical Services. Frechette’s responsibilities have expanded over his 22 years with The Elliot. With a clinical background as a physical therapist, he joined Elliot Health System in 2002 as director of rehabilitation services, overseeing the development and growth of The Elliot’s Rehabilitation Services. Frechette went on to assume executive director and vice president of ambulatory services roles, helping to advance operations, growth, and development across The Elliot’s Ambulatory enterprise, partnering with key leaders and provider teams to build and establish access to outstanding, high-quality care. Frechette holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Massachusetts Lowell and an MBA from The George Washington University.

Charlotte Brown-Zalewa – Vice President of Marketing & Communications

As vice president of marketing and communications, Brown-Zalewa oversees the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies supporting Elliot’s mission and vision to advance care engagement and clinical program expertise and accessibility for the New Hampshire communities we serve and beyond. A seasoned healthcare strategist and leader, she brings more than 20 years of experience guiding brand development, integration, and deployment, physician and provider engagement, and business operations and program development in health system strategy, marketing and communications, and physician relations roles. During her most recent work with WellSpan Health, based in York, Pennsylvania, Brown-Zalewa reimagined executive and team member positioning while partnering alongside leaders and teams to advance strategic initiatives, including operational change management, care redesign, and innovative workforce and ambulatory care models. Brown-Zalewa earned her bachelor’s degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
