Elliot Health System Expands Urogynecology in Concord, Opens Practice Dedicated to Women's Pelvic Health
For many women, pelvic health concerns can have a significant impact on daily life, yet too often go untreated. Women in the Greater Concord and Manchester regions now have access to specialized pelvic healthcare through Elliot Urogynecology – Concord. Led by Dr. Veronica Triaca, a highly respected urogynecologist with deep ties to the Concord community and 20 years of experience caring for women with complex pelvic conditions.
Women of all ages now have expert specialty care for a variety of pelvic needs, including advanced evaluation and treatment for pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder, recurrent urinary tract infections, urinary incontinence, and other complex pelvic health conditions.
Prior to joining Elliot Health System, Dr. Triaca served as director of Pelvic Medicine, Continence and Reconstructive Surgery and associate director for Urology at Concord Hospital, where she led the development of multidisciplinary pelvic health services and helped establish New Hampshire's first hybrid pelvic medicine program. She also serves as a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth.
Dr. Triaca is a seven-time New Hampshire Magazine Top Doctor, and has been named an Exceptional Woman in Medicine by Castle Connolly.

The practice will welcome Trisha Brooks, family nurse practitioner specializing in urogynecology and women’s pelvic health, starting in November 2026 – further enhancing access to highly specialized women’s pelvic health services.
"We're excited to welcome patients to Elliot Urogynecology - Concord and provide specialized pelvic health services for women throughout our region," said Dr. Triaca. "Our team is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, individualized treatment in a supportive environment where women feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey."
The practice also offers office-based urodynamic testing, minimally invasive therapies, and full spectrum reconstructive pelvic and continence surgeries using the latest technology. With extensive surgical expertise including robotic surgery, neuromodulation, Bladder Botox® injections, urethral bulking, and complex pelvic reconstructive procedures.
"Many of the women we see have been managing symptoms for years before seeking treatment," said Brooks. "One of the most rewarding parts of our work is helping patients understand that these conditions are common, they are not alone, and there are treatment options available that can make a real difference in their daily lives."
