Elliot Health System is pleased to welcome Kyle Litow, DO to Elliot Trauma Services and Mark Rescino, PA-C to Elliot Orthopaedics. These providers are dedicated to providing the level of care our community expects from The Elliot.

Kyle Litow, DO

Elliot Trauma Surgery

Kyle J. Litow, D.O., F.A.C.S. received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY in 2014. Dr. Litow is board-certified in both general surgery and critical care.

Mark Rescino, PA-C

Elliot Orthopaedics

Mark H. Rescino, PA-C received his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Manchester, NH in 2006 and since that time has participated in orthopaedic patient care and surgery for the past 17 years.

Elliot Hospital is proudly designated as an Orthopedic Center of Excellence by DNV Healthcare USA Inc.  Orthopedic Center of Excellence designation affirms an organization’s excellence in the provision of diagnostic services, surgical services, and therapies related to orthopedic care. The DNV Orthopedic Center of Excellence designation is obtained by achieving certification in at least three (3) orthopedic service line programs based on requirements set forth by DNV and informed by the guidelines of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
