Elliot Hospital is proud to announce that we have received the American Heart Association’s Get With The Guidelines® – Stroke GOLD PLUS Award with Target: Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll, recognizing our commitment to delivering evidence‑based, guideline‑driven care for patients experiencing stroke and improving outcomes for those with Type 2 diabetes. This national achievement reflects our dedication to applying the most up‑to‑date treatment guidelines to support the best possible outcomes for the community we serve.
