The Elliot VNA Earns 5-Star Rating for Overall Quality Star Ratings in Family Caregiver Experiences

We’re proud to share The Elliot VNA has received a 5-star rating—the highest possible—from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in their national Family Caregiver Survey. 

This recognition reflects the heartfelt, exceptional experiences of families who’ve trusted The Elliot VNA to care for their loved ones during some of life’s most tender moments. The survey measures how caregivers feel about the support, communication, and compassion they received—and our team earned top marks across the board. 

“Our nurses, aides, and care teams don’t just provide medical support—they offer comfort, dignity, and connection,” said Catherine Frasco, vice president of community services at the VNA. “This rating is a reflection of the deep relationships we build with patients and families every day.” 

The Elliot VNA serves 33 communities across southern New Hampshire, offering in-home hospice care that helps patients remain in familiar surroundings, surrounded by loved ones.
