Elliot primary care practices administer flu shots to current primary care patients of all ages.

Appointments are required.

Schedule your drive-thru flu shot using MyChart at mychart.solutionhealth.org and select “schedule an appointment”, or call your primary care provider’s office to schedule an appointment.
