We look forward to honoring cardiac arrest survivors who received care at Elliot Hospital and to reconnecting survivors with the 911 dispatch operators, first responders, paramedics, emergency room physicians and nurses, catheterization teams, cardiologists, and intensive care clinicians who have provided this life-saving care. Your presence is kindly requested.

Dinner will be served. Please dress in cocktail attire.

While we would like to include as many people as possible in this event, the venue size is limited, so it will be by invite only. Caregivers will not be able to bring a plus one or guest.

Dinner will be buffet style with multiple options.

Cocktail attire, which is a semi-formal dress code that's appropriate for weddings, upscale parties, and professional events.
