May Is National Physical Fitness & Sports Month: Let’s Get Moving Together

At The Welliot, we believe that wellness begins with movement. May is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month, a great opportunity to focus on the many benefits of staying active and to make physical activity a regular part of your daily life.

Staying physically active doesn’t require a gym membership or special equipment. Activities like walking, dancing, swimming, stretching, or even gardening can all make a positive impact on your well-being.
