Heartsaver® First Aid CPR/AED courses train anyone with little or no medical training to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. The Heartsaver® First Aid CPR/AED course provides the highest quality training in the lifesaving skills of first aid, CPR, and use of an AED. This course empowers students to act with confidence in the event of an emergency at work, home, or in the community.
The Heartsaver® Total course is taught in a blended learning format. Students must complete the online portion, followed by the hands-on skills session conducted by a certified American Heart Association Training Center instructor. Students who successfully complete the online course and skills session (sold separately) will receive a Heartsaver® First Aid CPR/AED Course Completion card, valid for two years.
*Heartsaver® Total – Heartsaver First Aid CPR/AED is a comprehensive course designed for those requiring training to meet OSHA or other regulatory agency requirements.
The Heartsaver® Basic course is taught in a blended learning format. Hands-on Skills Session (Sold Separately)
A separate hands-on skills session with a certified Heartsaver® or BLS American Heart Association Instructor is required to earn a Heartsaver® First Aid CPR/AED course completion card, valid for two years.
