Arun Krishnan, MD
Arun Krishnan, MD completed his psychiatry residency in Brooklyn, New York and went on to pursue his interest in working with children and adolescents, including holding a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry.  Dr. Krishnan’s professional interests include quality improvement, patient safety, and patient advocacy.
Areas of focus: 
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, pediatric mood disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder and other childhood problems

Santharam Yadati, MD
Santharam Yadati, MD brings more than thirty years of experience in psychiatric medicine to Elliot Behavioral Health Services.  Prior to joining Elliot Health System, Dr. Yadati held positions at the V. A. Medical Center, the Center for Life Management, Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, and the Greater Nashua Mental Health Center.  Dr. Yadati was named Top Psychiatrist of New Hampshire by his peers in New Hampshire Magazine in 2005, 2006, and 2017.  He obtained his medical degree (M.B.B.S.) in India, is certified by the American Medical Association, and completed his Psychiatry training at University of Kansas at Wichita. 

Areas of focus: 
Clinical and emergency psychiatry, counseling, electroconvulsive therapy,  depression, bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia, end of life issues, developmental disabilities, drug and alcohol abuse, psychopharmacology.

Jodi Carner-Higgins, MS, CS, APRN
Jodi Carner-Higgins is a graduate of Mt. Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts, Emory University’s Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing in Atlanta, Georgia, and Boston University’s Graduate School of Nursing.  Jodi has over twenty years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health.
Areas of focus: 
Attention deficit disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, mood/depressive disorders, and anxiety disorders for children and adolescents.

Melinda Chernev, MSN, APRN
Melinda Chernev is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma.  She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Nursing Administration from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque and a Master of Science in Nursing as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces.  Melinda’s prior experience includes providing psychiatric evaluation and treatment within New Mexico’s  correctional system and, after relocating to New Hampshire, she has worked in an outpatient setting in addition to the acute psychiatric unit at Elliot Hospital.

Areas of focus: 
Mood/depressive disorders and anxiety disorders for adults.

Carla V. Delcambre, APRN

Carla V. Delcambre holds a Master’s degree in Nursing, specializing as a Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and is a graduate of the MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, Massachusetts, William James College in Newton, Massachusetts, and the University of Puerto Rico in Cayey, Puerto Rico.  She is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish fluently, and follows a holistic approach to ensure care for all parts of the patient.  Carla is committed to promoting and providing culturally sensitive services to create a safe, secure, and supportive environment for her patients.

Mood/depressive disorders, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma.

Pamela Delpozo-Waldron, APRN

Faith Minard, APRN
Faith Minard is a psychiatric nurse practitioner and has worked in the greater Manchester area since 1983. She provides counseling and medication management to adults. She is a graduate of Bates College in Lewiston, Maine and holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut.

Areas of focus: 
Women’s issues including emotional aspects of pregnancy, postpartum, depression/anxiety, infertility, pregnancy loss and adult attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Chris Nelson, MSN, APRN
Chris Nelson is a graduate of Portland State University in Portland, Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience. He also holds a Master of Science in Nursing with an addictions focus from Seattle University in Seattle, WA. Prior to joining the Elliot he held positions at the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester, the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections, and Easterseals New Hampshire. He has worked previously as a therapist and registered nurse on various inpatient psychiatric units in Oregon and Washington.

Areas of focus:
PTSD and trauma in adolescents and adults, borderline personality disorder, substance use disorders, autism spectrum disorders, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.

Brian Bedard, LCMHC
Brian Bedard received his Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Notre Dame College, Manchester in 2002 and interned at The Community Internship Collaborative also in Manchester.  Brian joined the Community Council of Nashua first as an Inpatient Emergency Service Clinician at The Crisis Center and later transitioned into a position as an Outpatient Clinical Case Manager where he provided individual, group, and family therapy for adult persons who suffered from chronic mental illness.

Prior to joining Elliot Behavioral Health Services, Brian worked for the Division for Juvenile Justice Services as a Treatment Coordinator and as a Therapist for the State of New Hampshire at the Sununu Youth Services Center in Manchester.  His experience also includes providing psychosocial/crisis evaluations in emergency department settings.

Areas of focus: 
General individual psychotherapeutic and group psychoeducational services for adults and adolescents.  Assisting fathers improve the quality of their relationships with their children.

Tracey Coulon, LICSW
Tracey Coulon received her Bachelor of Science degree from Springfield College School of Human Services and her Master of Social Work from Boston University School of Social Work.  She has an eclectic approach using cognitive behavioral therapy, relational, cultural, and other approaches to suit the individual needs and goals of person with whom she is working.

Areas of focus: 
Women's issues, parenting, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR)  and sensorimotor psychotherapy treatments for post-traumatic stress disorder.

Shawne D. Diaz, LCMHC
Shawne Diaz graduated from Notre Dame College in Manchester, New Hampshire with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology. She completed her internship at the Community Internship Collaborative in Manchester and provides individual and group counseling for adults.

Adults with depression/anxiety disorders, adult attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, divorce, grief, wellness.

Kristy Moen, LICSW, MLADC
Kristy Moen received her Bachelor's in Social Work from the University of North Dakota and Master's in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire.  Prior to joining Elliot Behavioral Health Services, Kristy held positions at the New Hampshire Prison System, including Program Coordinator of Women Services, Senior Psychiatric Social Worker at the Secure Psychiatric Unit, and most recently as a Mental Health Clinician for women.  Her professional experiences also included her role as an Employment Specialist/Team Leader at a community mental health center where she provided support and symptom management techniques to assist individuals with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness find employment in the community.

Substance use disorders, trauma, and women's issues

Amy Prince, LICSW
Amy Prince received her Master of Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and she brings more than seventeen years of experience working with individuals and their families in a variety of settings.  Prior to joining Elliot Behavioral Health Services, Amy held positions at the Division for Children, Youth and Families, including Assessment Worker and Intake Worker. She was also employed at Military Personnel Services Corporation where she worked with Military Families at the New Hampshire Army National Guard.  Amy most recently worked as a Social Worker at Elliot Hospital covering the Women, Infants and Children’s Units where she provided support, crisis intervention, and resource referral to patients and their families.

Areas of focus: 
Adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief and loss, women’s issues and LGBT issues.

Courtney Summers, LCMHC
Courtney Summers earned a Master of Science in Community Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University prior to obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Developmental Psychology with Minor in Sociology and Anthropology from Plymouth State University.  Courtney’s past experiences include court-ordered therapy, foster care retainment and retention as well as outpatient therapy in various mental health agencies in New Hampshire.  She brings more than ten years of professional experience to Elliot Behavioral Health Services working with individuals and their families in a variety of inpatient and outpatient therapeutic settings.

Areas of focus: 
Adjustment, anxiety, depressive, and mood disorders, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief and various other mental health issues with children, adolescents, adults and families.
