Sarah Rocha, MD

Sarah Rocha, MD, received her BA in Psychology from Harvard University in 2008, her MD and MA in Bioethics and Health Policy from Loyola University Chicago in 2013. She completed her general psychiatry training at the Harvard Longwood Psychiatry Residency Training Program in 2017, and completed her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Brown University, Warren Alpert Medical School in 2019.

Khrisan Gosai, MD

Dr Gosai MD, completed his general psychiatry training in Westchester NY at NYMC and subsequently completed his fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatrist Dartmouth Hitchcock in Lebanon, NH. He currently works in the outpatient department at Elliot Behavioral Health and also in an integrated behavioral health setting at Mammoth Rd Pediatrics.

Areas of focus:
Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, General Psychiatry and Integrated behavioral health.

Elisabeth Novotny, MD

Elisabeth Novotny, MD, graduated from the University of Vermont College of Medicine and completed her adult psychiatry residency at Maine Medical Center.

Sarah Bemish is a graduate of Rivier University in Nashua, New Hampshire and has been working in the field of mental health since 2007. She believes in a holistic treatment approach and in partnering with individuals to assist them to develop long term mental wellness.

Carner-higgins

Jodi Carner-Higgins, MS, CS, APRN

Jodi Carner-Higgins is a graduate of Mt. Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts, Emory University’s Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing in Atlanta, Georgia, and Boston University’s Graduate School of Nursing.  Jodi has over twenty years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health.
Areas of focus: 
Attention deficit disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, mood/depressive disorders, and anxiety disorders for children and adolescents.

Melinda Chernev, MSN, APRN

Melinda Chernev is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma.  She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Nursing Administration from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque and a Master of Science in Nursing as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces.  Melinda’s prior experience includes providing psychiatric evaluation and treatment within New Mexico’s  correctional system and, after relocating to New Hampshire, she has worked in an outpatient setting in addition to the acute psychiatric unit at Elliot Hospital.

Areas of focus: 
Mood/depressive disorders and anxiety disorders for adults.

Maryanne Fournier, APRN

Maryanne Fournier, APRN

Maryanne Fournier is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over ten years of experience treating a wide variety of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. Maryanne earned both her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree from Regis College in Weston, MA. She went on to obtain a Doctorate degree in Nursing Practice from Chamberlain University in Illinois. She has worked in several areas of mental health, such as crisis stabilization, inpatient, outpatient clinics private practice. She has also worked with substance use disorders in the program setting. Maryanne practices holistically, believing in treating the whole patient with personalized approaches. Each patient can expect compassion, a non-judgmental attitude, and acceptance of wherever they are in their life.

Assessment and diagnosis, medication management, psychotherapy, and treatment planning.

Robert Irving, APRN

Robert Irving, APRN, attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, and graduated as both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. Rob enjoys working alongside clients to identify and achieve their goals. When he is not in the office, you can find him in the outdoors skiing, biking, or running.

Faith Minard, APRN

Faith Minard is a psychiatric nurse practitioner and has worked in the greater Manchester area since 1983. She provides counseling and medication management to adults. She is a graduate of Bates College in Lewiston, Maine and holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut.

Areas of focus: 
Women’s issues including emotional aspects of pregnancy, postpartum, depression/anxiety, infertility, pregnancy loss and adult attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Wendy Presley, APRN

Wendilyn (Wendy) Presley is a graduate of University of California at San Francisco and University of New Hampshire and is currently practicing as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She has over 35 years of varied nursing experience and believes addressing individuals emotional and behavioral vulnerabilities is essential for health and wellness. She values a team approach, understanding the significance of housing insecurity, transportation challenges, and other socioeconomic factors in the life’s of her clients.

KellyRyan

Kelly Ryan, MLADC

Kelly M. Ryan, MLADC earned a Master of Psychological Counseling from Monmouth University in Long Branch, New Jersey. She has served children, families, and individuals struggling with addiction in New Jersey, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire in a variety of clinical roles. Her previous experiences include in-home therapy, outpatient therapy, court mandated therapy, and group therapy for individuals children and those experiencing addiction. Kelly's approach is a style of client-focused, empathetic, trauma informed care. She provides all clients psycho-education about mental/behavioral health and/or addiction while connecting people to resources. Kelly primarily uses Motivational Interviewing to allow clients to fully participate in goal setting, treatment options, and the speed/pace of therapy.

Jennifer Delorme, LICSW

Jennifer De Lorme, LICSW earned a Master of Social Work from Syracuse University. She has served children and families in New Hampshire for 20+ years in a variety of clinical and/or administrative roles. Jenn’s clinical approach is genuine, empathic, and goal oriented to meet your specific behavioral health care needs. She provides individual, couple, and family therapy to children and adults. Jenn has extensive training in the area of relationship based issues, trauma, attachment, adoption, and as needed, integrates Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Theraplay, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy into her practice.

Amy Prince, LICSW

Amy Prince received her Master of Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and she brings more than seventeen years of experience working with individuals and their families in a variety of settings.  Prior to joining Elliot Behavioral Health Services, Amy held positions at the Division for Children, Youth and Families, including Assessment Worker and Intake Worker. She was also employed at Military Personnel Services Corporation where she worked with Military Families at the New Hampshire Army National Guard.  Amy most recently worked as a Social Worker at Elliot Hospital covering the Women, Infants and Children’s Units where she provided support, crisis intervention, and resource referral to patients and their families.

Areas of focus: 
Adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief and loss, women’s issues and LGBT issues.

Erin Chamberlain, LCMHC

Erin Chamberlain, LCMHC graduated with a M.S. in Community Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University and has served New Hampshire in community mental health treatment for the past 12 years. Prior to joining the Elliot, Erin held positions at Beacon Health Options, Seacoast Mental Health, Manchester Mental Health, and Community Partners as a therapist and advocate for improving the mental health system across the state of New Hampshire. Working across a variety of settings, such as inpatient, outpatient, group practice, and emergency services, Erin has developed a collaborative, kind, and straightforward clinical approach that centers client empowerment.

Areas of focus: 
treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder and other personality disorders, comorbid substance abuse and mental health treatment, self-harm, trauma, depression, and anxiety in adolescents and adults. Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Courtney Summers, LCMHC

Courtney Summers earned a Master of Science in Community Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University prior to obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Developmental Psychology with Minor in Sociology and Anthropology from Plymouth State University.  Courtney’s past experiences include court-ordered therapy, foster care retainment and retention as well as outpatient therapy in various mental health agencies in New Hampshire.  She brings more than ten years of professional experience to Elliot Behavioral Health Services working with individuals and their families in a variety of inpatient and outpatient therapeutic settings.

Stephanie Bradley is a graduate of Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, Boston, MA. She holds a Masters of Science in Nursing with a specialization of Nursing Education from Walden University, Minneapolis, MN, as well as a Post-Masters Certificate as a Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama, Mobile.

Chris Nelson, MSN, APRN

Inpatient Provider

Chris Nelson is a graduate of Portland State University in Portland, Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience. He also holds a Master of Science in Nursing with an addictions focus from Seattle University in Seattle, WA. Prior to joining the Elliot he held positions at the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester, the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections, and Easterseals New Hampshire. He has worked previously as a therapist and registered nurse on various inpatient psychiatric units in Oregon and Washington.

Areas of focus:
PTSD and trauma in adolescents and adults, borderline personality disorder, substance use disorders, autism spectrum disorders, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
