Sarah Rocha, MD, received her BA in Psychology from Harvard University in 2008, her MD and MA in Bioethics and Health Policy from Loyola University Chicago in 2013. She completed her general psychiatry training at the Harvard Longwood Psychiatry Residency Training Program in 2017, and completed her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Brown University, Warren Alpert Medical School in 2019.

Dr Gosai MD, completed his general psychiatry training in Westchester NY at NYMC and subsequently completed his fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatrist Dartmouth Hitchcock in Lebanon, NH. He currently works in the outpatient department at Elliot Behavioral Health and also in an integrated behavioral health setting at Mammoth Rd Pediatrics.

Melinda Chernev is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Nursing Administration from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque and a Master of Science in Nursing as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces. Melinda’s prior experience includes providing psychiatric evaluation and treatment within New Mexico’s correctional system and, after relocating to New Hampshire, she has worked in an outpatient setting in addition to the acute psychiatric unit at Elliot Hospital.

Robert Irving, APRN, attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, and graduated as both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. Rob enjoys working alongside clients to identify and achieve their goals. When he is not in the office, you can find him in the outdoors skiing, biking, or running.

Kelly M. Ryan, MLADC earned a Master of Psychological Counseling from Monmouth University in Long Branch, New Jersey. She has served children, families, and individuals struggling with addiction in New Jersey, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire in a variety of clinical roles. Her previous experiences include in-home therapy, outpatient therapy, court mandated therapy, and group therapy for individuals children and those experiencing addiction. Kelly's approach is a style of client-focused, empathetic, trauma informed care. She provides all clients psycho-education about mental/behavioral health and/or addiction while connecting people to resources. Kelly primarily uses Motivational Interviewing to allow clients to fully participate in goal setting, treatment options, and the speed/pace of therapy.

Jennifer De Lorme, LICSW earned a Master of Social Work from Syracuse University. She has served children and families in New Hampshire for 20+ years in a variety of clinical and/or administrative roles. Jenn’s clinical approach is genuine, empathic, and goal oriented to meet your specific behavioral health care needs. She provides individual, couple, and family therapy to children and adults. Jenn has extensive training in the area of relationship based issues, trauma, attachment, adoption, and as needed, integrates Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Theraplay, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy into her practice.

Amy Prince received her Master of Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and she brings more than seventeen years of experience working with individuals and their families in a variety of settings. Prior to joining Elliot Behavioral Health Services, Amy held positions at the Division for Children, Youth and Families, including Assessment Worker and Intake Worker. She was also employed at Military Personnel Services Corporation where she worked with Military Families at the New Hampshire Army National Guard. Amy most recently worked as a Social Worker at Elliot Hospital covering the Women, Infants and Children’s Units where she provided support, crisis intervention, and resource referral to patients and their families.

Chris Nelson is a graduate of Portland State University in Portland, Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience. He also holds a Master of Science in Nursing with an addictions focus from Seattle University in Seattle, WA. Prior to joining the Elliot he held positions at the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester, the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections, and Easterseals New Hampshire. He has worked previously as a therapist and registered nurse on various inpatient psychiatric units in Oregon and Washington.
