Dr. Rugel hails from Gloucester County, New Jersey. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Rowan University in 2002. Dr. Rugel obtained his medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine at NYIT in 2006. He completed his residency training at Hackensack University Medical Center at Palisades where he served as Chief Resident for the family medicine program. Dr. Rugel is a member of American Osteopathic Association (AOA), American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP), and American Association of Family Physicians (AAFP). He is board certified in the practice of family medicine and osteopathic manipulative medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP). When he is not practicing medicine Dr. Rugel likes to unwind with some hiking, distance-running, trail-walking with his dogs or relaxing by the pool or at the beach with his wife, Justine and their son Dillon.
Dr. Stein hails from Westchester County, New York. He received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University in 1980 and his medical degree from SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine in 1986. After completing a three year residency in Family Medicine at The Medical Center of Delaware he joined Suncook Family Health Center in 1989 as a Board Certified Family Physician. Dr. Stein is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society, The American Academy of Family Physicians (where he has been awarded the degree of Fellow), and the American Medical Association. When he is not practicing medicine Dr. Stein is a Boy Scout leader in Hooksett, and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, bicycling, tennis and skiing. His greatest joy is spending time with his wife Susan, and 3 adult children Sarah, Kevin and Jimmy.
Leah is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, who graduated with a Masters degree from Rivier College in 2002. Prior to becoming an NP, Leah worked in New Hampshire as an RN for numerous years, and holds a Bachelors degree in both biology and nursing. She enjoys visits with patients of all ages, and has special interests in Adolescent Medicine and Women’s Health. At home she enjoys spending time with her husband and their animals and in her free time relaxes while antiquing, camping and with travel. Leah recently moved to the area and looks forward to caring for patients in her own community.
Monique is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, who graduated with her Master’s degree in Nursing from Old Dominion University, Norfolk VA in 2003 and her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of South Carolina, Columbia, 1997. Originally from Lowell, MA, she has had the opportunity to work in many locations through the years as her husband served in the US Army. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages, and has special interests in Adolescent and Adult Health.
Heather obtained her Physicians Assistant degree from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY in 2001. She has been practicing in family medicine ever since. She is committed to providing each patient with quality, compassionate care. Caring for people has been her wish for as long as she can remember. As a teenager she volunteered at Huggins Hospital and worked as a CNA her senior year of high school. Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. They all enjoy camping, hiking, snowshoeing and kayaking.
