About Jason M Rugel, DO
Dr. Rugel hails from Gloucester County, New Jersey. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Rowan University in 2002. Dr. Rugel obtained his medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine at NYIT in 2006. He completed his residency training at Hackensack University Medical Center at Palisades where he served as chief resident for the family medicine program. Dr. Rugel is a member of American Osteopathic Association (AOA), American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP), and American Association of Family Physicians (AAFP). He is board-certified in the practice of family medicine and osteopathic manipulative medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP). When he is not practicing medicine, Dr. Rugel likes to unwind with some hiking, distance running, trail-walking with his dogs, or relaxing by the pool or at the beach with his wife, Justine, and their son Dillon.
