Sebastian Smreczak, Pharm.D.

2025-2026 Pharmacy Resident

Sebastian is from Auburn, MA. He graduated from Western New England University in Springfield, MA. He received his Bachelor of Pharmacy Studies with a Minor in Chemistry in 2023 and a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences along with Doctor of Pharmacy in 2025.

Some of Sebastian’s pharmacy-related interests include oncology and ambulatory care, but he is excited to experience all of Elliot’s rotations. Outside of pharmacy, he played DIII college tennis and loves to cook, experience the outdoors, and go to breweries with his friends.

Ayesha Aulakh, Pharm.D.

2025-2026 Pharmacy Resident

Ayesha is originally from Pakistan and moved to the United States seven years ago. She graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2025 with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree.  Prior to residency, Ayesha gained experience in various pharmacy settings, including retail, long-term care, and hospital pharmacy.

Some of Ayesha’s pharmacy-related interests include patient care, chronic disease management, and health education. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys volunteering, exploring new places, and spending time with family.
