If a child in your family is experiencing grief and loss, whether it is the loss of a sibling, parent/caregiver, family member or loved one, you can contact our Child Life Program for guidance on resources and in-person support during a loved one’s hospitalization at Elliot Hospital. Our Child Life Specialists are here to help with developmentally appropriate education, preparation for hospital visits and support during your child’s visit with their loved one.
