The Elliot Pediatric Rehabilitation office is committed to offering exceptional and personalized care that promotes wellness to all children. Our highly skilled and qualified therapists are capable of providing exceptional care for infants through 18 years of age with diagnoses ranging from sports injuries, orthopedic injuries, feeding difficulties, speech and language complications, torticollis, brachial plexus injuries, and plagiocephaly to complex neurological disabilities.

You will find that we offer flexible hours to meet the needs of all our parents so that the care you will receive is from a highly qualified Physical Therapist, Speech Pathologist, and Occupational Therapist. All you will need is a physician referral or prescription for therapy. Please contact our referral team by phone (603) 663-2156 and choose option 1. A member of our staff can assist you. If your referral or prescription is faxed to us by your physician’s office, our scheduler will contact you within 24 hours to set up an appointment. You may also choose to contact our Pediatric office directly at 1070 Holt Ave at 603-663-5710 on our normal business hours.
Aquatic Therapy - Aquatic therapy services is for infants and children as appropriate based on evaluation for children following injury, surgery, or with sensory processing difficulties. The children will be accompanied by the therapist in our therapeutic warm pool for a calming and fun experience. The 90 degree temperature pool is ideal for each child to help with decreasing their pain, fear of weight bearing, overstimulation, as well as for increasing range of motion, facilitating movement, and for an overall great experience. We do also provide a mechanical lift for patient’s who are unable to enter the pool by themselves.
Comprehensive Feeding Team - The feeding team is comprised of highly qualified Speech Language Pathologist and Occupational Therapist. The team offers parents a thorough evaluation for feeding difficulties and mismanagement for infants 2 weeks old through 18 years. The highly skilled staff will work with the parents to develop personal goals and treatment options for children with sensory, oral motor dysfunctions, behavioral dysfunction, and pharyngeal dysphagia. The feeding team also consults with nutrition, GI specialist, pulmonary, and integrative medicine to ensure optimal outcomes for each child.
NICU follow-up Clinic - The NICU follow-up clinic provides screenings by a multidisciplinary team of neonatologist, NICU nurses, social workers, dieticians, and physical therapist every 3-6 months following discharge from the NICU. The Physical Therapist will assess infants cognitive, gross and fine motor skills, and expressive/receptive language. The therapist will be able to take this information to provide families with recommendations for home programs and possible family services. At 18 months the therapist will provide a comprehensive assessment of all areas of development utilizing the standardized assessment tool Bayley III.
