Burdette Todd

Todd Burdette, MD

Dr. Burdette grew up in Hooksett, NH son of a dentist and a teacher and went to high school at Trinity High School in Manchester for two years before finishing up at Holderness in Plymouth. He attended Dartmouth College and studied Geology. After college, he served two years with Teach For America in southern California teaching 7th grade Science. After a few more years, he returned to Dartmouth for medical school and then residency in plastic surgery. Prior to joining the Elliot Health System, Dr. Burdette worked at Concord Hospital from 2010 to 2017.

Dr. Burdette’s main clinical pursuits are breast reconstruction and skin cancer reconstruction. He also treats patients with burns, soft tissue tumors, congenital deformities, and injuries to the face and body. Frequently, he collaborates on complex reconstructive cases with surgeons in other specialties. His surgical interests also include cosmetic surgery to rejuvenate the eyelids, face, breasts and body.


Emese Kalnoki-Kis, MD

Emese Kalnoki-Kis, MD

Dr. Kalnoki-Kis received her Doctor of Medicine from Wright State University, in her home state of Ohio, after earning a Master of Science degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Chicago, where she also completed a minor in Egyptology.

She completed five years of general surgery training in the integrated surgical residency program at Banner Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. She went on to the University of Louisville in Kentucky for two years of training in plastic surgery, followed by specialty fellowship training in Grand Rapids, MI, with Dr. Dennis Hammond, an internationally recognized breast and body surgeon.

She describes her surgical work as largely repairing wounds due to injuries, traumas and cancer surgeries.

“I strive to provide excellent care by approaching each of my patients as unique individuals,” Dr. Kalnoki-Kis says. “With open and honest communication, my goal is to restore a patient’s wholeness of body and spirit.”

Dr. Kalnoki-Kis specializes in breast reduction surgery, breast reconstruction after cancer, body contouring procedures after weight loss, wound care, and facial skin cancer repair.



Hixon Leah

Leah Cyr, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Leah Cyr, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANPCB). She is also a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) certified through the National Institute of First Assisting (NIFA). Leah received both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing at the University of New Hampshire. Prior to joining Elliot Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Leah was a nurse practitioner at Elliot Orthopaedic Surgical Specialists with the Orthopedic Trauma Surgery team. She also has experience as a registered nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and Surgical Unit at Elliot Hospital. Leah joined Elliot Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in August 2022.


Jay Amy

Amy Jay, PA-C

Amy Jay, PA-C received her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2005. She has spent time as a physician assistant in a variety of surgical specialties and has worked on various committees in a leadership role to improve the patient and family experience. Amy joined the Elliot Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery team in February 2018.

Prior to joining Elliot Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Amy was employed as a physician assistant at Concord Plastic Surgery, Concord, NH.


Jay Amy

Claudia Soltys, MPAS, PA-C

Claudia Soltys is a board-certified Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences and a minor in Psychology in 2017 from the University of New Hampshire, and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2021 from MCPHS University.

Prior to joining the Elliot Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery team in October 2022, Claudia worked in primary and urgent care in Merrimack and Concord, NH. In addition to English, she is fluent in Spanish. In her free time, Claudia enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring new places, visiting museums, biking, hiking, and cooking.
