When urgent medical needs arise, we understand that it can be confusing on where you should go. Our innovative Virtual ER service connects you to Elliot Emergency Physicians who can diagnose you virtually or seamlessly transition you to the most appropriate location for your care.

Can I use Elliot VirtualER for something small like a UTI or sore throat? Yes!

Make Elliot Virtual ER your first stop when seeking urgent medical care.  The Elliot’s Virtual ER gives you access to the team of board-certified emergency doctors at Elliot Hospital from your mobile device, tablet, or computer.   Whether you suspect something like a UTI, gastrointestinal illness, or flu or something more serious, like a fracture, minor burn, or skin infection, our doctors will assess your needs virtually, and if no in-person care is needed, they can care for you right then and there and get you on your way – getting you back to your day quicker – and for the cost of an office visit.  If, after evaluation, your medical concern requires in-person care, they will seamlessly transition you to Elliot Urgent Care or The Elliot’s Emergency Department as necessary, with no charge for the virtual visit.  This team can also get you started with any diagnostic testing you might need as part of your care, further maximizing your time.

Your health and well-being are our topmost priority.

With our Virtual ER Service, you're getting the highest quality continuous care. At Elliot, this means from the moment you connect with us virtually, through potential visits to our ER or urgent care facilities, and any subsequent care or follow-ups, you receive timely, coordinated, and comprehensive support. With Elliot Virtual ER, you're assured of a healthcare journey that seamlessly addresses your evolving health needs, minimizing disruptions and maximizing your health outcomes.

*Must be physically in the state of NH at time of visit.

Consistent Quality of Care

Connect with the same highly skilled emergency certified physicians you would see if you physically visited the ER at Elliot Hospital.

Real-time Virtual Treatment

Understandably, not all emergencies are life-threatening. Some of these concerns can be efficiently addressed via our virtual platform, offering a blend of safety, convenience, and peace of mind.

Flexibility with Urgent Care Referrals

In the event your situation requires in-person attention but isn't life-threatening, we'll seamlessly direct you to one of our Urgent Care facilities. This ensures you receive timely care without the extended wait times typically associated with ER visits.

Seamless Transition to Physical Care

In cases where virtual care isn't enough, patients can be expedited to our ER. Our team will already be briefed on your condition, ensuring a smoother, faster, and more informed treatment process.
