Connecting You with Community Services

A cancer diagnosis changes your life. Whether you or a loved one has been diagnosed with cancer, having a good support system in place is critical. Your care team at The Elliot can help you find access to that support through our collaboration with services available in the community. To learn more, speak with any member of your care team.

At The Elliot, our palliative care team provides added support at any stage of your cancer journey. Working alongside your oncology team, we help manage treatment side effects, guide you through complex medical decisions, and ensure you fully understand your diagnosis and options.

Many people confuse palliative care with hospice. While both focus on improving quality of life, palliative care can be appropriate at any stage of illness, while hospice is generally reserved for end-of-life support. Our goal is to provide patients across southern New Hampshire with comfort, clarity, and compassionate care whenever it’s needed most.

If you feel you could benefit from palliative care, talk to your Elliot care team about available options.
