Dr. Darin Miller, MD, FACS is American Board Certified in General Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois and then earned his Medical Degree at the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine. He then completed his General Surgery residency at the Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. After residency Dr. Miller practiced General Surgery for over 25 years in both Northern Illinois and Southern Maine.
Dr. Miller is an experienced wound care and hyperbaric physician and has completed a UHMS approved course in hyperbaric oxygen therapy. He provides both hyperbaric oxygen therapy and wound care to patients here at the Elliot. Dr. Miller has been a member of the Elliot Wound Center since joining our team in 2019.
Dr. Miller is currently serving as the Medical Director for Wound & Hyperbaric Medicine at the Elliot Health System.
Nicole Gordon MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-BC, CWON-AP graduated from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions with a Master of Science in Nursing and is a board-certified Adult and Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She holds an undergraduate degree from Assumption College and completed wound and ostomy studies through Emory University Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing Education Center. Prior to joining the wound center, Nicole had over 15 years of health care experience in primary care, long term care, and sub-acute nursing facility care across multiple out-patient settings. She is a certified Advance Practice Wound and Ostomy Nurse through the Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing Certification Board. Within the Elliot, Nicole is member of the Medical Executive Committee and the Non-Physician Provider Credentialing Committee. Nicole has been a member of the Elliot Wound Center since joining our team in 2019.
