Dr. Holly Mintz is the Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Elliot Medical Group Ambulatory Services, where she is dedicated to advancing healthcare and improving patient outcomes. Beginning her career as a pediatrician at Elliot Health System, Dr. Mintz became passionate about caring for her patients and enhancing the overall healthcare experience for the community she serves. Her commitment to innovation and leadership led to her appointment as Chief Medical Officer and the completion of an MBA in 2022. 

Under Dr. Mintz’s leadership, Elliot Health System has seen significant advancements, particularly in expanding behavioral health services, a critical area of need in the community. She is also focused on integrating technology to improve patient outcomes and enhance the quality of life for healthcare providers. Reflecting on her work at The Elliot, she says, "I love working for the system because it’s an exciting place that is always looking to be better tomorrow than we are today." 

Dr. Mintz takes immense pride in being part of a community-focused, mission-driven organization. "I love developing programs and understanding what practitioners need," she explains. Dr. Mintz completed her medical education at SUNY at Syracuse, followed by an internship and residency at the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. Her journey continues to be driven by a deep commitment to improving excellence in healthcare and the well-being of the community she serves.
