About Jennifer G Fiore, MD

Jennifer Fiore, MD is a primary care pediatrician at Elliot Pediatrics in Manchester. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry with a Spanish Language Citation from Harvard College and completed her medical degree at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. Dr. Fiore completed her pediatric residency at Boston Children’s Hospital and Boston Medical Center through the Boston Combined Residency Program in Pediatrics.

Dr. Fiore chose pediatrics because she finds deep meaning in caring for children over time and building lasting relationships with families. She values continuity of care and believes that attentive listening is foundational to trust, connection, and effective partnership in a child’s health. She is drawn to the energy and joy of young children and strives to create a clinical space where families feel heard, supported, and known. Dr. Fiore speaks Spanish and warmly welcomes families for whom Spanish is their primary language.

Outside of work, Dr. Fiore enjoys hiking in the White Mountains and biking, and she is currently learning to ski. She also uses writing and journaling as a way to reflect on the challenges and rewards of clinical medicine.
