Diane Desmarais, MSN, FNP-BC, APRN, CV-BC is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than 25 years of nursing experience and over a decade in advanced practice. She specializes in the care of patients with vascular disease, providing evaluations, surgical coordination, and long-term management for both acute and chronic conditions.

Diane earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Rivier University, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Franklin Pierce University, and her Associate Degree in Nursing from Rivier College. Her diverse background includes vascular medicine, interventional spine, primary care, corrections health, women’s health, and surgical nursing at Elliot Hospital. Dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care, she looks forward to serving patients and families as part of the Elliot Vascular Surgery team.
