Scott LeBlanc, DO, is a board-certified internal medicine physician dedicated to helping adults live healthier, more active lives. With over 20 years of experience, he focuses on preventive care and managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and asthma. Dr. LeBlanc believes in partnering with patients by listening to their concerns, educating them about their health, and creating personalized care plans that fit their lifestyle. 

Dr. LeBlanc earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of New England in Biddeford, ME, and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire. He completed his residency and served as Chief Medical Resident at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
