About Adam J Vernadakis, MD
Dr. Adam Vernadakis is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with advanced fellowship training in hand and microsurgery. He provides comprehensive surgical care for patients with complex hand, reconstructive, and soft tissue conditions. Dr. Vernadakis is dedicated to restoring both form and function through compassionate, individualized care and the latest surgical techniques.
Dr. Vernadakis earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, MA, where he also completed his residency in general surgery and residency in plastic surgery. He completed a fellowship in hand and microsurgery at Barnes–Jewish Medical Center in St. Louis, MO.
A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Vernadakis has held academic appointments at Tufts University School of Medicine and UMass Chan Medical School. He is also a Colonel and State Air Surgeon in the New Hampshire Air National Guard, where he has been recognized for his leadership and service.
