About Ashley K Russell, MD

Dr. Ashley Russell is a fellowship-trained cardiologist who provides comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of heart conditions, including arrhythmias, heart failure, coronary artery disease, and preventative cardiology. She is committed to making sure her patients feel informed, supported, and empowered in their care. Dr. Russell believes in working closely with each patient to create personalized treatment plans that fit their individual needs and goals. 

Dr. Russell completed her cardiology fellowship at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire, and her internal medicine residency at Tulane Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. She earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and graduated cum laude from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. She has also presented her research at national cardiology meetings and contributed to several publications in leading medical journals. Her commitment to excellence has been recognized with awards for professionalism and outstanding patient care. 

Dr. Russell looks forward to building long-term relationships with her patients and is excited to be part of Elliot Cardiovascular Consultants to support the cardiovascular health of the community.  

Outside of medicine, Dr. Russell enjoys tennis, running, yoga, gardening, and preparing new recipes.
